  • Description: Miss Avra (Sapfo Notara) has a tenant named Petros (Giorgos Pantzas), who decides to write the biography of colonel Kolaris (Alekos Leivaditis) on the recommendation of his friend Aris (Giannis Vogiatzis). Aris neglects his fiancée (Gorgo Chrelia) and flirts with the colonel’s daughter, Teresa (Eleni Prokopiou), with whom Petros falls in love. After a number of misunderstandings, Petros wins Teresa’s heart, and cranky Miss Avra realizes that she used to have a crush on the colonel.
